Our Policy At Blaze, each abaya is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality standards. As all purchases are made with care and attention to detail, we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been purchased. Should any alteration or adjustment be required after receiving your order, the item may be sent back to our workshop for review and tailoring. Alterations may take up to 15 days to complete. Customers are responsible for all delivery charges associated with sending the item to and from the workshop.
